Alex Pal is the owner of Pal Property Solutions, a full service real estate company located in Hamilton, Ontario, where they specialize in joint venture partnerships with full Brrrrs, usually involving pretty intense renovations.
They hold a portfolio of approximately 85 doors, and they have an in-house property Management arm to their business so that they can provide a full solution for all of their investors.
