- Dr LeBauer got into PT after being a massage therapist, and became an MT after finding the need to care for his body to take care of his body and keep it performing at the top levels.

- He entered into private practice right out of PT school after being told he would fail, and has thrived for over 20 years!

- The common thread that Aaron has found that high performers have is routines. He says it doesn't matter if the person is a top athlete or a top business professional; keeping routines helps people get done what they need to get done.

- Additionally - the top performers all find a way to move their bodies.

- Find out what his biggest health goal is….and how he’s going to get there.

- “It’s not about the intrinsic value of the activity, its how that activity is going to get me to that top goal”

- He talks about how having the goal isn’t enough - he reveals the most important thing you need to help you reach that goal, making reaching that goal possible.

- Dr LeBauer reveals how taking action is really the key - its the small actions that you do daily even when it feels like you’re not making progress and it is tedious.

- Knowing to check in with yourself to see if you’re on the right track, or if you need to adjust your path is also a great trait to have.

- Asking for - and paying for - help when you need it. Finding and hiring a coach to help get you where you want and need to go.
