Our guest in this episode teaches the nuts and bolts of how to manage your team for concrete performance based on lessons from his company's proven "Hire 4 Performance" process. Jonathan Reynolds is the CEO of Titus Talent Strategies (https://www.TitusTalent.com/), which helps businesses with (1) hiring for performance (targeted recruiting of passive candidates, including a portion of fee not being due until 1 year after hiring, based on successful performance on the job!) and (2) managing for performance - consulting with clients on how to maximize their team’s happiness and productivity, including providing them with a platform custom-designed to facilitate that process. Jonathan shares what he and his team have done differently because they run on EOS, what you can do to more effectively hire for performance (not just measuring success as someone having a start-date), and how Titus has adapted this model to help companies "manage for performance" even for team members Titus didn't recruit.
