In this episode, Mary Conquest speaks with Laurin Mooney, founder of ‘Speaking IN®’, which provides a model and method to help organizations overcome the challenges of employees who don't speak up, and leaders who don't listen. Using her expertise to translate modern safety concepts into straightforward language, Lauren makes learning safety enjoyable and actionable.

Using real-life case studies, Lauren also outlines the practical steps safety professionals can take to shift towards a ‘Speaking IN’ culture.
