Why is running good for you? If you answered that it develops fitness and builds a strong body, then you’re sorely mistaken. Although running certainly builds fitness, building strong bodies wouldn’t even make the list of most biomechanics specialist and physical therapists, according to the author of Running Rewired, Jay Dicharry.
