The single most important piece to long term improvement is creating habits around your goals and making them stick. But there are inevitably vices that will pop up from your past which will try and sabotage your improvement.

So we give you some nuts and bolts info about some of the most common vices such as alcohol THC, and Sugar and how they will impair your progress.

We also talk about:

  • Why your biology can interfere with your goals. We give you info on how to become aware of your reward center and what to do when it’s taking control of your actions.
  • Why stress leads to craving safe behaviors and some strategies on handling stress.
  • Plus how to set goals that will stick.

Lots of timely info headed into the holiday season so stick so you can get some ideas about how to plan for your holiday get-togethers.
