Easier to teach an animal, "Whooaa, now..." than it is to teach "sick 'em!" Today Adrian speaks on aggresor vs. responder and how it is much easier in any walk of life to deal with a human that wants to do too much vs. one that wants to do too little. Many of us are aggressive to the point of set back or failure, but it can be corrected with good coaching and mentorship. On the other hand it is much harder to evoke the opposite response in someone who is timid, soft or faithless in their own actions.
