It took me a long time to understand this concept. And a lot of pain before I was willing to integrate it as my everyday way of living.

I grew up, like most humans do, in a culture of certainty. A culture that had so many gaps that rather than being explored, were taught to ignore.
In this experience I saw how much a human will hold onto their perceived reality, even when not serving them. The desire to avoid fear being so strong, that we become blocked to acknowledging the pain that the beliefs are actually creating.
The willingness to deny that there might be a better way, continuing to create a trapping within so much pain.
What if it doesn’t have to be this way?
What if being willing to face fear is the very portal into freedom?
Fear is present in our lives as a portal to explore love. Yet until we are willing to acknowledge that fear IS present, we are unable to access the gift that it holds.
