Do you want to level up your training? On the show this week, I'm really excited to have Ben Eisenmenger, an incredibly well-rounded strength athlete, good friend, fellow coach, and on and off client of Rebel Performance. Ben is 230 pounds and just won Kentucky's Strongest Man where he pulled a 700+ lb deadlift. Not to mention he's pushing a sub-6-minute mile while maintaining those numbers.

I wanted to have him on the show to talk about some key strategies and tactics he uses in his training to help him become the well-rounded, robust athlete he is. Ben and I hit on a ton of actionable tips and takeaways you can implement in your own training: the role conditioning plays, utilizing kettlebells and medicine balls, and, of course ways to improve your deadlift so you can hit record numbers.
