When you enter into a discussion with a seller regarding a real estate transaction, you should explain what type of agency relationship or representation you have with them in the transaction. You do this by reviewing the disclosure regarding the Real Estate Agency Relationship with your client and you represent them with integrity, honesty and loyalty.
Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Active listening ability
  • Empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of residential listing paperwork

The intention is to explain the real estate agency relationship to the Seller.
