Sam is a digital well-being and social media coach and trainer. Having delivered social media training to businesses for the past 12 years, Sam now focuses her attention on helping people manage their relationship with the digital world, in particular smartphones and social media. She helps people become more conscious of their use and to reduce the negative impact this might be having.

In this episode, we focus on how our smartphones and digital devices can be used in more positive ways to help us achieve more in life. We discuss how not all phone time is the same, ways to become more conscious of how you're using your devices, and why this is important.
