My gentle guidance will invite you to look into the aspect of your life governed by the energy of the Throat Chakra – communication, self-expression and speaking your truth. There is much more to this energy centre than just speaking!
There are no subliminal messages or binaural beats in this meditation, yet my voice will take you down to the low Alpha state of deep relaxation and connection with your soul.
This meditation is part of my Inspirational Meditations album containing seven meditations, one for each day of the week connecting with the corresponding chakra.
