Our goal is to hit up as many educators as we can and share their response to a single summer question. Last year we asked all our guests a question about an external goal for education. “What’s one thing you want to change about education?” This year though we are going with a more internal and reflective question. “What is one thing you want to change about yourself to be a better educator, leader, or colleague?” On this episode, Mike sits down with Dr. Joy, a fellow EduMatch Author. Dr. Joy is the author of Joy Works and Back to Zero. She has served as a teacher, administrator, and professional learning leader. Mike and her discuss her books and her answer to the summer conversation series question.
