S3 Punk Rock Reflection 01 – Josh on Imposter Syndrome On this Punk Rock Reflection, Josh talks about something he is struggling with as he takes on his new role as a Title I Specialist this year, “Imposter Syndrome.” He feels a little like some punk rock jerk is hanging out in the back of his mind calling him a poser all day. What are the things he’s using to help him feel less like an imposter and more of a learner? Well, relying on his crew, dropping his ego, and of course bringing a healthy dose of the DIY learn everything you can about it attitude. Remember, you’re not a poser. You’re just new to the scene.
