She has been a nurse for 24 years and has, as a result, learned to work in stressful situations without letting the stress overwhelm her. She has struggled with personal and professional stressors over the course of her life and is here to share what she has learned. “We can’t control the way anxiety manifests itself, but we do have some type of power in how we manage it.”
