In this episode, Saam speaks to Jack Jiggens - Property Developer, Social Housing Investor, Land & Acquisitions Director at XP Property, and Co-Founder of XP Surveys.
Jack is responsible for finding, structuring and securing de-risked deals and has to date raised £14m in equity, and £41m in debt facilities across XP projects. Born into property, Jack started early on building sites with developing and flipping properties.
In recent years, Jack has built an ecosystem of award-winning and thriving property-related businesses across London and home counties alongside business partner Ben Richards; XP Property (SME Property Developers), XP Surveys (an industry-challenging measured building, topographical, 3D and drone surveyors) and Central Suites (fastest growing co-living property management portfolio across Oxfordshire which now consists of 120 beds, built in only 3 years).
Jack's role as CEO in Oparo Social helped the business and its partners build a £20m+ portfolio of Supported Housing stock, consisting of 114-beds across 14-assets in South London between 2020-2023.
