With the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) recently deciding to once again hold interest rates, the two speculate on the potential of a rate cut occurring early next year, and unpack the strategies property investors can use to best prepare their portfolios for the coming year.

They also discuss the multispeed nature of Australia’s property markets and highlight that conditions are currently favourable for investors in Queensland, while warning that property taxation policies in Victoria have damaged the state’s property investment prospects.
