In this episode I talk about why I believe so much in a plant-based lifestyle! I explore what I believe to be the future of medicine and how to get started on this path. I think it’s so important that we as a society focus on adding more whole, plant foods to our plates. The Standard American Diet is filled with foods high in fats, sugars, and chemicals, which have made most foods available today totally addictive and unhealthy. This episode discusses why diet is so important when it comes to disease and why so many people are so sick. I want to shine a light on what I think is a simple solution to our healthcare crisis: transitioning to a whole food, plant-based diet. This is the only diet that has been proven to heal the body at its most basic level. The best way to change disease patterns in society today is lifestyle change.
