Hello and happy Thursday! Sustainable Foundation..? How does Tom come up with these titles? It is typically the exact thing he is discovering, learning or experiencing at the time of recording an episode. Tom has used the word sustainable before - "Being thankful is sustainable" - and foundation he has used for ever. Just not together. Why not? Tom had not reached that point on his path yet. How did Tom get to that point? Going through and growing through a challenging beginning of the year and an even more challenging month. Wait? Tom became the best version of himself by going through an uncomfortable experience? YUP! Tom would want to add that this is not the first time nor the last that this was his experience whilst going through a challenging moment in time. Enjoy, and as always, thank you for listening!
