Your time is precious meaning it’s good to set boundaries with people who are maybe doing things that aren’t healthy in your life. So many of us might be scared to set boundaries with someone becuase you know they’ll be upset but at the end of the day you need to make yourself a priority. Take it from me, an ex people pleaser.
