On today's call, we have Benjamin Degenhardt. Benjamin is the founder of 360 Pilates, has been involved in Pilates and movement education for 20 years and if you've been anywhere on social media, you will have seen Benjamin's creation - the annual viral posts hashtag March MATness.
In this episode we talk about the 2022 March MATness, and another creation - the Decoding Pilates workshop - since we last spoke with Benjamin on the PAA platform.
This interview was delivered by a fellow PAA committee member Eve Fairbairn.
The PAA strives to continue promoting the expansion of the Pilates Method as a professional and valued healthcare and fitness discipline. The goal of the PAA podcast is to explore the many facets and layers of the Pilates industry through conversations with the community.
