You ever have that old friend that – whether it’s been 5 months or 5 years – whenever you talk it just feels easy and natural?
Well I definitely have a few of them, and one of those guys is Jay DeMayo.

Jay is in his 22nd year as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Richmond, and his 20th year working with the men’s basketball team in 2024-25.
