What's going on good people??? I'm sure most of us are feeling the pressures of life and just need a break!!!
In one of my classes, we talked about McClusky's theory of Power/Load Margin. If you are a human being, you know all about carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders!!! I created this episode to open up the conversation about carrying too much on our plate which makes us tired, sick, and ultimately useless because we are depleted.
I'd love to hear your comments about this and ways that you've been able to increase your power and lighten your load of daily tasks and responsibilities.
