In this episode of PathPulse: Pathology Innovators in Action, we were thrilled to welcome neuropathologist Margaret Flanagan, MD, talk with us about what is missing from digital pathology, highlighting spatial transcriptomics, multi-omics, and more. Margaret Flanagan, is an Associate Professor and Endowed Chair of the Baptist Health Foundation of San Antonio's Distinguished Chair in Alzheimer and Neurodegenerative Diseases. She was also just featured on The Pathologist's 2024 Power List as an Idol of Innovation! Her work focuses on understanding the mechanisms underlying dementia to advance diagnostic and therapeutic solutions.
