We have branding and marketing strategy on the table today. Tom Buday is a brand and marketing professional who spent thirty seven years at Nestle, ending his tenure as Global Head of Marketing and Consumer Communications in Switzerland, a role he held for twelve years. Tom also helps guide brands like Âme Atendre through brand essence exercises to help distill why a brand exists and what it aims to achieve. He joins Ashley to talk about his experience as a brand and marketing professional for brands like Purina, tools for companies to stay grounded in their essence as they grow, how brand essence can be applied personally and professionally and how purposeful brands both create value for customers and shareholders.
