I went live on Facebook yesterday to talk about how we can boost our immune function Now I used to be a personal trainer and built up a lot of knowledge in training before I started geeking out on internal health and making sure the body is fully built up as an overall system. I have clients who are still with me for training only and that is cool - I have spent the last week writing over 100 home workouts and filming more content, if you need this then message me I will make sure it's at a price you're able to invest in right now. But what I have been known for more than anything is my knowledge of this health, from cellular function to really getting the immune system working at it's best levels ever. I was live for 30 minutes and honestly, I believe this is one of the best lives I have ever recorded. It is also on the podcast now over at OJay Health Radio. I go through may different topics such as - What to do if you're working from home and don't want to put on weight - What to do in order to boost your energy levels - How to increase your immunity in a world where everyone is counting you out - How to get movement in - Make sure you're not in a warzone at home with the crowded population - How to survive the self isolation and scare there is in the world
