Fundamentals of this new law:
- Yearly inspections of parapet on public right-of-way
- Required on all buildings, regardless of size
- Not required for detached 1-2 family houses
- Must be done by a qualified person
- Recommend an architect
- Specific report requirements by inspector
- Must keep the report for six (6) years
