This week we explore the love-hate relationship that many coaches have with social media. We take a closer look at the five reasons why people love social media and the five reasons why people hate it and offer up our opinions.

First, we dive into why many people hate social media and share our anecdotes and feelings on each point. But it's not all doom and gloom. There are also many reasons to love social media. From the ability to connect with people from all over the world to the convenience of staying up-to-date on current and past clients, social media has changed how we communicate and interact.
So whether you love social media or hate it, this episode will give you plenty to think about.
Join us as we explore social media's complex and often contradictory nature, and try to make sense of its impact on our lives.
A few excellent ways to support us are by subscribing to the podcast on iTunes, Google Play, and Spotify.
