111. ついにバイトスタート！日本と海外でのアルバイト経験談を語ります！Finally Starting Part-Time Work! Discussing Part-Time Job Experiences in Japan and Abroad!

ついにアルバイトに合格(ごうかく)して、働(はたら)き始(はじ)めるとらくん。友達(ともだち)と同(おな)じレストランで働(はたら)くので少(すこ)し安心(あんしん)なのですが、アルバイト未経験(みけいけん)のとらくんは、いろいろな質問(しつもん)があるようです。アルバイトで一番(いちばん)辛(つら)いこととは？暇(ひま)な仕事(しごと)は楽(らく)？逆(ぎゃく)に何(なに)が楽(たの)しかった？などなど。日本(にほん)とオーストラリアで働(はたら)いたことのある私(わたし)が、自分(じぶん)の経験(けいけん)を元(もと)に答(こた)えました。また、留学生(りゅうがくせい)のアルバイトやインドネシアのレストランスタッフを見(み)て、日本人(にほんじん)と外国人(がいこくじん)の働(はたら)き方(かた)の違(ちが)いについても話(はな)しました。

Tora has finally passed the interview and started working part-time. He's a bit relieved to be working in the same restaurant as his friends, but as a first-timer in part-time work, Tora has many questions. What is the hardest part of a part-time job? Is it relaxing to have a job with a lot of free time? On the contrary, what was enjoyable? And so on. Drawing on my own experience of working in Japan and Australia, I answered these questions. Additionally, observing international students working part-time and Indonesian restaurant staff, I discussed the differences in work styles between Japanese and foreigners.
