Christian Horner & RBR: Trouble in Paradise

The Briton is facing an internal (Red Bull) investigation into alleged inappropriate behaviour towards a female team member. Horner is innocent until proven innocent of course and must not be judged in the court of social media.

His wife Geri Horner (aka Geri Halliwell of Spice Girls fame) means the British media vermin are feeding on the story that could mean the end of Horner's job as TP of RBR.

But, for us F1 followers the saga has revealed a hitherto 'unseen' feud at Red Bull with the Horner faction on one side and apparently an anti-Horner cabal on the other.

This is hardly news their two mega-star assets namely, reigning triple F1 World Champion Max Verstappen as well F1's greatest designer Adrian Newey want to hear on the eve of the RB20 launch, also another WDC and WCC campaign.

Exacerbated by the fact that Lewis Hamilton's move to Ferrari in 2025, frees up the Mercedes seat alongside George Russell.
If Red Bull is indeed imploding as an F1 team, Max and Adrian could well start looking elsewhere.
