So, Flo restaurant is a fresh take on cuisine from the state of New Mexico. When I visited Flo, I had the Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger. THIS is an AWESOME sandwich. The smokey bacon, juicy angus beef, caramelized cheese, and mellow Hatch Green chiles are deeply satisfying.

Now New Mexico has some funny laws on the books. For example, you can’t dance while wearing a sombrero and idiots aren’t allowed to vote. This cheeseburger is so good, it ought to be against the law.
