While our desire not to be wasteful is often rooted in positive values such as resourcefulness, frugality, and environmental responsibility, there are three cognitive biases that skew these values to cause us to hold onto what is no longer serving us.

In today’s episode, we’ll dive into them and teach you how to reframe your thoughts so you can make decluttering easier.
