Usually, self-care is thought of as something only for yourself, but what if you could adopt a self-care routine that also benefits your neurodiverse husband and kids? I have a simple yet foundational solution that I began implementing in our home during a challenging time. This solution can help anyone with autism, ADHD, OCD, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life.
