Today we welcome the world renowned Dr. Joshua Coleman. Dr. Coleman is a psychologist in private practice and Senior Fellow with the Council on Contemporary Families. He has written for The New York Times, The Atlantic, and more. He has been a frequent guest on the Today Show and NPR and has been featured on Sesame Street, 20/20, and Good Morning America.
Dr. Coleman is the author of The Lazy Husband. He understands the challenges husbands face as we try to be supportive spouses. In this episode Dr. Coleman shares why husbands are often unfairly and unknowingly seen as lazy around the home and as caregivers and how to break through the common barriers that stand in the way of working with your spouse to manage the home as a team.
