*Better weather 25 percent of older adults plan to move to a warmer climate.

* Peace of mind!! Yes, start doing more of the things you enjoy. Such as: A over do vacation. *Reimagine your bucket list.

*Downsizing can save you a substantial amount of money when it comes to things like property taxes, insurance, and maintenance.

*Lower utility bills: It costs a lot less to heat or cool a smaller home. *There is no wasted space, such as vaulted ceilings, in a smaller home, less square footage decreases the amount of energy expended.

* Downsizing your home means that you trade your present house for a smaller or less-expensive one.

*Switch over to a condo or townhouse, or you could move to a home similar to yours in a more affordable area of town.
