When I heal ME, I heal Mother Earth. As we align with truth and integrate the whole self of body mind and spirit, allow emotion and witness the darkness, and the light, we change through our awareness. We expand in consciousness. When I’m here, and your here, more will come too. This is how we make ripples of peace, love, and kindness in the world. By healing within, we heal without.
