Rehanna who is based in Birmingham UK has always been passionate about applying psychology to help clients not only better manage mental health, but to cultivate fulfilment and joy. She has founded her own practice, Phinity Therapy, which has allowed her to nurture her passions, which are working with clients, learning and writing. We chat about how she always wanted to work with others from a young age. Yet circumstances leading to depression seem to derail that ambition.
