Monday - Thai Peanut Chicken Stir-Fry

Tuesday- Spaghetti Squash with Marinara Sauce and Meatballs

Wednesday- Vegetarian Tacos with Lentils

Thursday - Grilled Shrimp and Veggie Kabobs

Friday - Turkey Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries

Saturday - Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

Sunday - Veggie and Hummus Pitas

Bonus BBQ Menu-

Now, for our Victoria Day celebration—let’s fire up the grill and get those good times rolling with this all-star BBQ lineup.

Appetizer: Grilled Bruschetta
Bread, tomatoes, a drizzle of balsamic glaze—simple yet utterly delicious.

Main: BBQ Ribs and Grilled Corn on the Cob
Sticky, sweet ribs and buttery corn—because it’s not a BBQ without some classics.

Salad: A fresh, herby side that adds a nice punch of healthiness to our BBQ.

Dessert: Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream
End on a sweet note with peaches grilled to caramelized perfection, topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream.
