In this episode, Eloise and Rory are joined by Olympic gold medalist, Jessica Fox. Jess is the most successful individual slalom canoeist of all time, competing in the C1, K1 and extreme slalom events. She is an 8 time world champion, and now an Olympic champion. All of this at just 27 years of age.
