This episode is all about higher self embodiment - yes huns I live for this! I'll talk you through what your higher self means, what embodiment means and how this can shift your entire reality. You are able to design and create every aspect of your life, including what the highest, most elevated version of you looks, feels and acts like.
In this episode we will do a journaling exercise where we will design every part of our higher selves so that we know what and how we can step into that. I'll also teach you my fave game of make believe (kinda) that will help you attract your desires to you right now.
