During her journey, she discovered this incredible connection to herself and fell back in love with the person she had become. She realized it was an opportunity to let go of the stress, fears, and worries that piled up over the last couple of years, the pandemic, social justice, and global issues. She also realized that many of her lessons were unpacked when she got home over time.

• Get back in touch with yourself and love yourself
• Realize that fear is just an emotion and that you can move past it
• The lessons were about acceptance – accepting herself and her life and the world around her

• Embracing excitement about life in spite of the difficult times we experience. (especially grief and the loss of loved ones)
• Allow yourself to get back into life and live it!
• You can still start today, it's not too late.
