Guided Relaxation for Separation, Sadness, Loss or Low Mood

A short guided relaxation to help you find some grounding during a period of sadness. This practice can accompany my blog posts, "The Handbook of positive advice for the newly single", "How to deal with feelings of stress and overwhelm", and "How to deal with grief, loss, and sadness".
Practice laying down or sitting up or wherever you feel comfortable. Simply switch off, be present with your breath and my voice and allow your mind to practice being in the moment.
