In Episode 3, Esther & Susie discuss stress and how they deal with it. As well as strategies such as eating lots of crisps, they come up with helpful suggestions too. Exploring CBT, yoga, mindfulness, and avoiding social media, our hosts discover that it is possible to get to 9am without wanting to kill someone.
Special guest of the week is Sue Hawkins, mindfulness meditation teacher, and utterly lovely human. Sue explains what mindfulness is, the benefits it offers, and how we can fit it in to our busy lives. During her interview she led Susie & Esther on a mindfulness meditation which is available as a separate mini-episode - Time for...a mindfulness meditation.
