Spiritual Formation
Manage episode 487779600 series 2859694
"A disciple is not above his teacher," said our master; "but everyone when he is fully trained will be LIKE his teacher" (Luke 6:40). In the past, we were predestined to be conformed to the image of Christ (Rom 8:29). In the present, we are being changed into His likeness by the Spirit (2 Cor 3:18). In the future, we know that when He appears, we shall be like Him in a fullness we can only dream of (1 John 3:2). In this podcast, we ask what it means to be "formed" into His likeness.
