Fortune 500 firms have paid Susan Trumpler for ten years to find the sales techniques and strategies that generate the highest revenue for their businesses. And although it seemed like she was giving away the keys to the kingdom when she revealed the findings of her investigation, she didn't want to restrict these strategies to just the largest businesses.
