On the 3rd July, the 2019 CLiPPA winner will be announced. This is a long-standing award for poetry books run by the CLPE aimed at children from nursery to secondary school. I talk to chair of judges, the author and poet AF Harrold, about the short-listed titles, the selection process and the importance of poetry in schools.
