For more than two decades, he has represented clients in complex litigation, including consumer class actions and government investigations.

Mike's accomplishments include advising clients on large-scale data breaches, including breaches involving more than 50 million consumer records and breaches involving consumers in dozens of countries.

Mike is a frequent speaker at conferences on cybersecurity, privacy, and consumer data issues and publishes regularly on such issues. Before joining his current firm in 2002, Mike was General Counsel of a web app development company.
