It may not seem like the time to be talking about progress reports or conflict in the classroom, but actually this is the perfect time! Setting up your co-op for success begins with your teacher training over the summer. We all want to help our mentors and students succeed in class, and giving feedback is an essential part of that. How do you give and receive feedback in a way that doesn’t feel like shame or blame? We need to share information to help kids have the tools to be successful! Stay tuned as we share a simple tool that will motivate mentors and encourage parents in the process.
