"I have learned not to fear the darkness.

I have learned to create my own light within the darkness.

I have learned to BE the fiery blazing fuery of the phoenix rising from the ashes.

The darkness within me isn't the bad guy anymore: it's my own energy that's trapped in darkness.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.

I must cast light into the darkness of these experiences.

I must be present, as a being of light, to witness this darkness in order to transform & transmute it!

I have power here!!!!!!!!!

I choose to rise from the ashes!

I choose to reclaim the narrative!

I choose not to be powerless anymore

not to allow a story from the past to dictate my unfold life, future, and fate.

I choose to rewrite, reclaim, reconnect, redeem every piece of myself.

Every crevice of my consciousness is MINE: it is not allowed to be trapped in darkness anymore!

I AM victorious!

I AM a conqueror!

I AM powerful!

I reclaim all parts of my being that I have been missing all of this time!

I'm allowed to be exactly where I am.

I'm allowed to be exactly who I am.

I'm allowed to have exactly the life story I have.

Maybe it's all allowed.

Maybe it has nothing to do with my identity or worth.

Maybe it's just part of the experience, a piece of the contrast.

Maybe I'm allowed to grow through my pain in order to become a powerful person that can help other people transmute their darkness too!

Maybe nothing that's happened in my life have anything to do with my genuine, deeply rooted sense of self ~ and maybe healing has nothing to do with the things that have happened, and everything to do with reclaiming every piece of myself with love."

THIS is how Kristin became an expert in working with unconscious memories held in the body beyond awareness.
