Who is this amazing individual that is going to change your life today? Well…. Michelle Torbor is a licensed professional counselor and speaker In Birmingham, Alabama. Michelle is the owner of Cardinal Wellness where she practices talk-therapy with clients in areas including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Michelle received a B.A. in Psychology from Auburn University and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University.
Michelle is also the proud wife of Reggie and mother to R.J. and Cameron.
In this special episode we will be discussing therapy. The benefits, the fears people have with therapy, why it's ignored in the black community, and so much more!
